Among others, the objectives of the contract resulting from the current procedure are the following:
— to improve the building safety,
— to fix possible breakdowns,
— to improve efficacy and efficiency of the working environment,
— to adapt the buildings to EFSA's needs,
— to adapt the buildings to legal requirements,
— to improve energy efficiency of the buildings and reduce the environmental impact,
— to implement and modify infrastructure of audio-video conference system.
