Framework contract for the organisation of language training in 5 official languages of the European Union: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
It consists of language courses (according to the global scale of the ‘Common European Framework of reference for languages’ of the European Council — CEFR) for all languages, and courses to meet the learning demands of a multilingual and multicultural population that has to carry out different types of tasks and duties.
The objective of the training is to ensure that learners achieve a general linguistic competence covering the following 4 skills: written comprehension, oral comprehension, written and oral expression.
