Framework service contracts for providing assistance in the field of occupational health and safety: safety office consultancy, safety coordination and safety inspections consultancy, for the Joint Research Centre — Ispra site (Italy) (3 lots)
The intended framework service contracts are aimed at supporting the Commission in high standard in the field of occupational health and safety in application of the Italian Law 906/1960 establishing the JRC Ispra site and 81/2008 establishing the Italian OH&S standard. In particular, the service provider may be called to:
— provide expertise in the field of safety,
— provide the service of safety coordinator for the design and execution phase for construction yard according to Italian Law 81/2008 Article requirement,
— provide support to the Ispra Safety Office,
— provide support to the Ispra site inspector,
— prepare risk assessment for any activities performed by the Commission on the Ispra site,
— train the staff on specific safety subject.
The procedure is divided into 3 lots:
— lot 1: consultancy in occupational health and safety,
— lot 2: safety coordination,
— lot 3: consultancy in performing safety inspections.
Restriction:
Candidates can apply for more than 1 lot. However, a single company cannot be awarded more than 1 lot, not even as part of a different group of companies. The order of attribution of the lots will be the following:
first awarded: lot 1;
second awarded: lot 3;
third awarded: lot 2.
Once a lot is awarded to the winning tenderer, it will be automatically excluded from the shortlist of the following lot(s).
