Framework contract for the supply of high-end workstations and high-end mobile workstations for scientific use

In order to cope with fast increasing requirements in computational and storage capacity within a large variety of computer-intensive scientific activities, the Joint Research Centre Directorates in Ispra require a wide range of up-to-date high-end workstations and mobile workstations (notebooks), heterogeneous in configuration and performance; also, related displays, add-ons and peripherals as well as a 4-year assistance service.
The contractor shall supply the products on a 'latest catalogue' basis from an official public online catalogue of the vendors Apple, HP, Lenovo, Fujitsu. At the contractor's discretion, equivalent products of other vendors can be supplied on the same basis.
The 4-year assistance service shall be provided by the contractor.
