Media monitoring and analysis
The overall purpose of the resulting framework contracts is to provide EFSA with daily media monitoring and media analysis services on all EFSA-related media coverage and how issues of interest for EFSA are being reported in the media (including social media) in EU Member States and selected countries worldwide. These services shall help to assess the impact of EFSA's communication. They will contribute to a continuous feedback and learning for EFSA on the effectiveness of its communications approaches and strategies.
