Drilling and completion activities, including all services, home office work, works on field, including personnel, material equipments and anything else necessary in order to perform the following activities:
— Integrated services provider (integrated service management),

— Liner hanger & service,
— BP-CR, ECP's, etc. & Service (c/w cementing service),
— Conv. completion down hole Eq. & Service,
— Mechanical coring services, equipment & core bits,
— G.P. Completion Down Hole Eq. & Service,
— Rock bits (roller cones & fix cutters),
— Drilling&Completion Fluids,
— Cement servicies,
— Nitrogen & nitrogen pumping service (c/w CTU service),
— Directional drilling,
— Down hole tools rental (drilling BHA),
— Fishing, milling, Csg cutting equipment & services,
— Casing & tubing running equipment & service,
— Inspections and NDT controls service,
— Casing/Tbg cleanup equipment & service,
— DST/down hole equipment & service,
— DST/WT surface equipment & service,
— Coiled tubing equipment & service,
— Slick line service equipment & service,
— Mud logging service,
— Eventual additional services at cost (workshop, etc.).
The works shall be accomplished for one lot (well) firm and two / four optional.
