Development and implementation of training programmes for key stakeholders in TVET schools and learning centres in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan

The objectives of the contract to be awarded is to cover the development, delivery and monitoring of a capacity enhancement programme during 2012โ€“2014 for managers' teams of vocational education providers (mainly schools) in 3 countries of central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
The assignment to be undertaken through the service has 4 main components:
1. development of training modules;
2. implementation of training modules;
3. tutoring of selected training programme participants to become trainers; (i.e., trainer of trainers) in the fields in which they have received training;
4. monitoring and reporting.
The assignment will be split in the following 3 phases:
โ€” phase I (September 2012โ€“December 2012),
โ€” phase II (January 2013โ€“December 2013). Phase II is the continuation of the project and is subject to successful completion of all activities/deliverables of phase I, and upon approval of ETF 2013 work programme and related budget,
โ€” phase III (January 2014โ€“November 2014). Phase III is the continuation of the project and is subject to successful completion of all activities/deliverables of phase II, and upon approval of ETF 2014 work programme and related budget.
Given the subject of the contract, participation to this call for tender is also open to all natural and legal persons that are established in the Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
