Travel management service
ETF is looking to improve the efficiency of its travel management and booking processes and to reduce the overall travel costs. The objective is to select a travel management service provider that allows ETF to:
— use the most timely and cost-efficient means, in particular online self booking,
— allow consolidation and monitoring of travel bookings,
— maintain consistent travel policy,
— leverage full travel volume to obtain appropriate corporate discounts (with airlines, hotels, etc.),
— identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
