Selection of medical services for the European Food Safety Authority

European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)

EFSA provides occupational health services to its staff members via its in-house medical service. EFSA must comply with the requirements set out in the staff regulations of officials of the European Union and the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities related to staff health. EFSA, therefore, seeks to contract the following services in order to fulfil these obligations:
— medical adviser (lot 1),
— nursing care (lot 2),
— psychosocial counsellor (lot 3),
— medical control officer (lot 4).
The services requested are divided into different lots. In order to avoid any conflict of interest, tenderers may submit an offer for lot 1 and/or lot 2, however, those applying for lot 3 or lot 4 may not apply for other lots and those applying for lot 1 and/or lot 2 may not apply for lot 3 or lot 4.
