The overall objectives of the contract resulting from the present procurement procedure are as follows:
— increase EFSA staff's knowledge and understanding of general crisis handling concepts and specifically of EFSA's crisis handling procedures,
— increase collaboration between EFSA and the institutional stakeholders that EFSA is likely to work with in cases of crisis,
— support the continuous improvement of EFSA's crisis handling procedures.
